Rumors suggest that Amazon’s headquarter is going to be in NOVA. Its data center is already under construction in Ashburn. Verizon has its data center in Ashburn , while major developers such as Toll Brother, NV Homes, and Ryan Homes, have been building across Northern Virginia, from Ashburn to Leesburg, from Centreville to Gainesville and Haymarket, and from Del Ray to Kingstowne. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, Fairfax County has added more than 61,000 residents since 2010. Loudoun County has gained even more–84,000, which represents  26.8% growth! A large portion of the population in Arlington, Loudoun, Prince William and Stafford Counties are people under age 35. I expect to see continued high demand for medium priced townhouses, single family homes and condos in these regions, as well as in Fairfax County.
