The average medium sold price in the DC metro area was $425,000, 4.4% higher than in 2016.
Property inventories remained low. The figure of 8,629 active listings is down 5.7% from 2016.
In November the median days-on-market in the DC metro area was just 21 days.
In short, it’s still a seller’s market.
